New Tradition brewing is the fine art of taking the best the world of beer has to offer and applying traditional English brewing practice. It's the core of our brewing philosophy to give our drinkers the best of both worlds.

THE BREWERY
This is our Lab Assistant, Hundi.
She's not old enough to drink, but she keeps an eye on things around the brewery from a canine perspective. It's also important that dogs using this site get to see a friendly face. Apparently.
