1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods by Ramsey Island Brewery ("the Brewery", "we", "our", or "us") to our customers ("the Customer", "you", or "your"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

• A minimum order quantity may apply for trade customers.

• Orders must be placed via email, phone, or through online partnered systems.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless a credit agreement is in place.

• Approved credit accounts must settle invoices within 30 days of the invoice date.

• Late payments will incur interest at 8% plus the Bank of England base rate, as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

• We reserve the right to suspend deliveries or cancel accounts with overdue payments.

• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, Card Payment, Direct Debit.

5. Retention of Title

• Goods remain the property of Ramsey Island Brewery until full payment is received.

• If payment is not made, we reserve the right to reclaim any unpaid goods.

6. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

• Any delivery shortages or damaged goods should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

• We may charge for re-delivery if an order is not accepted at the agreed time.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged goods and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will issue a replacement, credit note, or refund at our discretion.

• We do not accept returns for unsold stock or customer overordering.

8. Licensing & Compliance

• Alcohol sales are restricted to persons over 18 years of age.

• Customers must provide a valid Premises Licence or AWRS Number if required.

• The Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with UK alcohol licensing laws.

• We reserve the right to refuse sales if we suspect non-compliance.

9. Liability & Force Majeure

• Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for indirect losses.

• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions).

10. Cellar Installations & Equipment

• If we provide cellar installations, including taps, lines, or other dispensing equipment, such equipment remains the property of Ramsey Island Brewery.

• The Customer agrees to use our equipment exclusively for dispensing Ramsey Island Brewery products unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• If the Customer ceases to purchase our beer or fails to meet agreed purchasing volumes, we reserve the right to reclaim our equipment with reasonable notice.

• The Customer must allow reasonable access for retrieval of our equipment upon request.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.

12. Amendments & Acceptance

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.

• Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
